My goal in life is to live a simple but happy life and wanted to share 20 tips on how to achieve that.

    • Once I started to let go of things that don't spark joy, I started to feel lighter and happier!

  • This list is really sound wisdom. I've learned and have been reminded by most of these things throughout all of this, too. In fact, while my husband was temporarily unemployed for a few months, I just focused on spending time together as a family. I put the phone down and closed my computer for that time period because quite frankly, nothing else mattered. We've lost the value of today in our society, always striving for tomorrow and getting and being the best. While all of that can be great and is necessary to achieve success, so is all of what you've mentioned.

    • I am always practicing gratitude! IT truly helps with feeling better about myself.
