As I grow older, the thought of spending $50+ on a Halloween costume is baffling to me. In the past few years, I have decided to get a little more creative and look into my closet for ways to utilize clothing items that I already own. The other option is to also buy clothing pieces that are cheaper and can be reused for the future other than Halloween.
Today, I will be showing you three simple clothing items that I received from Rosegal, which total around $60. That means, you get three costumes for the price of one at retail. If you do the math, that’s basically $20 for a costume, which I think is a pretty good deal if you ask me!
As you can see, it is really easy to shop around for some clothing items where you can mix and match to create your own costume. You can also challenge yourself and look at your closet and see what you can come up with. I love Rosegal because their items are affordable and I was able to experiment with different items I found online to create these three looks. Which one is your favorite and what are you going to be for Halloween?

You look so cute babe! I love all of these costume ideas, especially the lace dress- I feel like you can ever re-wear that over and over again.

Anytime! Thanks for stopping by :)
I have almost exactly the same white dress that I posted on my blog over a year ago. I love that lace work. I would have never thought of wearing it as a costume! That entire idea of being a bride for Halloween is so smart and fun. I'd probably pull out my trash-the-dress beach dress and wear it for halloween and be a zombie bride. haha.

Oh my gosh I love these ideas! I think it is so much more fun making your own costume like you did rather than buying a packaged version of the same thing. So much more unique!!
