It’s that time of the year and pumpkin season is back! I don’t care if you can consider me basic or not, but I absolutely love anything and everything pumpkin flavored during the fall. I think it’s a great way to welcome this season and embrace it, especially since it’s my favorite season and it passes by so quickly! Today, I will be sharing my pumpkin french toast recipe which is extremely easy to make so I hope you guys enjoy it!
Ingredients
- - One Egg
- - 1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- - Bread (I used whole wheat)
- - Optional Toppings: Granola (Graze Pumpkin Spice FlaxJack) and fruits
Instructions
- Mix the egg and pumpkin puree together until you get a nice consistency
- Dip both sides of each bread into the mixture and let it soak for a minute or so
- Fry both sides of each slice on a pan
- Add your toppings!
- Enjoy 🙂
