SPRING BEAUTYCON BOX

Yayyyyy, another beautycon box! I receive beautycon’s subscription box every season and I must admit that my excitement for their boxes are greater than others. For one, it’s curated by beauty influencers, so I am always curious to know who chose the items and what they picked out. Secondly, the boxes never really disappoint me and I am always pleased with the brands that are included. It’s also a great way to sample certain items and discover new ones. I also prefer receiving a box every season than every month because it doesn’t get too overwhelming and I feel like these seasonal boxes offer more since I only receive four boxes a year.

This year’s box was curated by LA Demi, Dacey Cash, Sayria Jade. To be honest, I wasn’t familiar with any of them, but after looking up their Youtube channels,  I knew this box would be amazing. Below is a run down of what was included in this season’s box and initial thoughts and first impressions:

• IBY Beauty – Mineral Pressed Blush (Peach Sheen) @ibybeauty: I’ve never heard of this brand before but I can never turn down a good blush especially since spring is here. The color is absolutely gorgeous and I love that it’s a peach shade because the other ones I have are pink.
• Luxie Beauty – Rose Gold Duo Fibre Powder Blush Brush – @luxiebeauty: I’ve received one of their brushes in a previous box and loved it so I was happy to see another blush. I absolutely love the rose gold color so automatically I was excited to use it. It is also vegan and cruelty free so this wins major bonus points!
• The BrowGal – Convertible Brow Palette – @thebrowgalL: I’ve tried products from The BrowGal before, but not this palette. I actually wanted to explore more brow products so I will definitely be giving it a try and hopefully can master my brows skills.
• The BrowGal – Brow Brush – @thebrowgal: I have a few brow brushes already but I guess since this is from a company that is named The BrowGal it must be good, right?

• Cargo Cosmetics – Around the World Palette – @cargocosmetics: I think I am most excited about this eyeshadow palette. I haven’t heard of this brand but palettes get me excited because there are so many ways to explore looks using these colors. I also love they they are more neutral because that’s the kind of eye makeup I usually wear.
• NUXE – Shimmering Dry Face/Body Oil – @nuxe_us: I cannot express my excitement about this oil because I’ve used it before and actually finished it. I am so happy that this was included in the box because I love using it for my hair and body!

• OGX – Orchid Protect Hair Oil – @ogx_beauty: I’ve recently been getting more interested in haircare since my goal is to have longer, stronger and thicker hair. This is also good for color treated hair so I am going to give this a try!
• NYX – Bright Idea Illuminating Stick (Rose Petal Pop) – @nyxcosmetics: I have always been a fan of NYX products so I have high hopes for this stick. I think the color is gorgeous and perfect to add some glow and shine for the spring!

• Dirty Little Secret – Matte Liquid Lipstick (Rust) – @dirtylittlesecretcosmetics: I’ve never heard of this brand before but my favorite makeup products are lipsticks so this definitely made me smile. I love the color and the matte formula. You can see me rocking this Rust shade a lot this spring!

As for final thoughts, I am so happy with the Spring Beautycon Box! I am even more excited to use these products now that spring has arrived. Have you tried any of those products before?
