I don’t normally wear all black, but when I do, I love it! For the summer, I like to add some color to my wardrobe, but you can never go wrong with sticking with black from head to toe either. I would call it playing it safe, but at the same time, it can also come off as simple and edgy. The best part about wearing one color is that you can call attention to other details such as make up, accessories, shoes, etc. I kept it plain, but you can see that my bright blue sunglasses and messy bun stand out. It honestly took me a few minutes to throw this look together.
My sleeveless long tank gives me a laid back attitude and I love the design of the back. It’s not so in your face since the front is plain, but people can see that there’s a bit of style to what seems like an ordinary plain black tank. I put my hair up to avoid feeling hot and uncomfortable in this weather and it helps because my bun adds an inch or two to my height since I’m short. I am wearing black shorts underneath and my favorite go to black bootie sandals. All in all, this look is super effortless, very comfortable, but still edgy and put together.
