It’s wedding season and you know what that means! If you’re like me, then you love attending weddings simply for the fact that you get to dress up. There’s something so exciting about picking out a wedding guest dress. Although, the decision can be a difficult one, I actually find it fun! Once the warmer months roll around, there are more and more couples getting married, so I wanted to share five different styles that are appropriate for attending a wedding.

1. Off the Shoulder Dresses: If you prefer a more conservative style of dress, a classic off the shoulder dress will meet your needs perfectly. There are so many different versions of styles when it comes to off the shoulder, so you can definitely find something that matches your preferences. The exposed shoulder will give you an extra feminine flair and will keep you cool at a spring or summer wedding. This is probably the most versatile of the five styles as it can be dressed up or down and worn to a various different occasions. It’ll be comfortable to move around in as you dance the night away and it is personally my favorite!
   
2. Floral Dresses: I adore floral print for spring and summer wedding because there are so many colors to choose from! Floral dresses can definitely make a statement depending on the color and it’s extremely suitable for the season. In addition, floral dresses can be girly and I love styling them with various different shoes and accessories.  These dresses can double as vacation pieces depending on the occasion, which is an added bonus because I love finding multiple ways to wear an outfit.
   
   
3. Lace Dresses: This is a more dressy option for those of you that prefer a more sophisticated style. Lace dresses are a little more elegant and chic, and there are several different colors and styles that you can choose from. Personally, I love a nude or light pink lace dress to keep with the light and airy theme of spring and summer, but just make sure you stray away from ivory or white as those are the colors to avoid at a wedding. You can also go as dramatic and darker as you please because this style can go either way, which is why you can find one tailored to your personal style.
   
   
4. Wrap Dresses: Wrap dresses are probably the hottest and daring trend to wear to a wedding. However, you will feel confident and sexy all night. This style of dress make your curves look absolutely amazing and hug all the right places. My favorite part about it is that they are usually adjustable so that you can find the perfect fit that will feel comfortable and make you feel beautiful. You will definitely be a knockout if you wear a wrap dress to a wedding.
   
   
5. Embellished Dresses: If you are looking for a bit more sparkle and shine, you may want to go for an embellished dress. Embellishments can be equally eye-catching and beautiful if you find the right dress. I personally recommend a piece that has a sheer outer layer to make the embellishments pop even further, or beaded detailing on the fabric. These kinds of dresses gives me the Great Gatsby vibes, which coincidentally is my favorite book and movie!
