BOYFRIEND JEANS

I adore boyfriend jeans! I only own one pair and they’re from GAP, but I definitely want to go out and add more to my collection. The problem with jeans in general is that they’re very difficult to find the perfect fit. Sometimes they fit well on the waist, but they’re too long. Sometimes they don’t flatter you in the right places and sometimes they don’t make your butt look good. And let’s all be honest, we all want our butts to look good.

I usually always shop for jeans in stores so I can try them on. I almost never buy them online except for this one occasion where I went on a limb and bought these light washed, loose boyfriend jeans because I fell in love with the style and GAP was having an online sale at the time. I figured if I didn’t like the way it fits, I could always return it. Now these aren’t the perfect jeans. There are things that I would adjust such as the bagginess and the material since it’s a bit thick and heavy. However, they weren’t so bad enough that I was willing to give them up.

I think these jeans are perfect for causal outfits. They can also be worn all seasons around. Since they’re light washed, you would think you can only wear this for the warmer months, but I wanted to show a fall appropriate outfit by wearing a grey sweater, light black jacket and black booties.
