There are certain trends that I absolutely love and the choker collared sweaters are definitely one of them! I love the style of the choker because it takes place for a necklace, which is great since it’s one less thing to worry about. I also prefer turtle necks or crew neck sweaters over v-necks. I think the choker style makes a sweater classier and sophisticated, which is a great feature since sometimes winter sweaters can make you look slouchy and boring.

I decided to go for a lavender color because I don’t own anything in this color. The zipper details on the sleeves are unique and I adore the fit and relaxed appeal. I paired these up with my go to black denim jeans and it’s a causal, but chic outfit that can be easily recreated.

Definitely a cool and unique trend this season. I love a turtleneck sweater, but lately I feel like my neck looks like a sausage in a casing haha. Maybe it’s all the weight I gained over Thanksgiving. So a choker sweater is definitely a good alternative.
