This week guest is Shaynon Gramling, a licensed real estate agent in NYC. Shaynon Gramling specializes in the sale of commercial and residential real estate in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Mr. Gramling began his career at the end of 2013 after graduating from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. He has gained experience in both real estate sales, as well as property management, including at the world-iconic Empire State Building. Understanding that real estate is a relationship-driven business, Mr. Gramling takes a genuine approach, building life-long friendships with property owners, sellers, buyers and renters.

Mr. Gramling combines his extensive market knowledge with innovative technology in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date and accurate information, in the most efficient way possible. This allows his clients to make informed decisions regarding their assets. Mr. Gramling is also an expert in using social media for real estate. He has found a way to reach people all over the world and has built up a large following, giving his clients another tool to give their properties maximum exposure during the marketing process. Mr. Gramling also operates with a high level of customer service, treating his clients with the utmost respect and communicating regularly and professionally.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York in a city called Geneva, Shaynon has a diverse background. While studying at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Shaynon traveled and studied abroad in the UK, Spain and France. Mr. Gramling currently resides in Downtown Jersey City, NJ.
