I am so happy that Spring is only a few weeks away! I feel like winter went by so quickly, but I am not complaining at all. I love this weather because it puts me in such a great mood and it’s also a sign that summer is right around the corner. And we can all agree that people are just so much happier when it’s warm outside. I love wearing bright colors and floral prints during this time because I think it goes along with my mood. I wanted to showcase two dresses I received from Stylewe, which I thought were appropriate for the spring.
I love that both dresses are different in terms of style and color, but they are both versatile spring dresses that you can wear from day to night. When I wore it, I was also instantly in a good mood so it’s amazing how the clothing can affect how you feel. Now that spring is here, I have compiled a short list of things that I want to do since it’s going to be warm outside soon:
- Go on a hike: During this time, I wish I lived in California because it is so easy to go on hikes. However, I think there are some trails in Long Island so I definitely want to explore nearby places where I can take a hike.
- Have a picnic: Central Park would be the best location to have a picnic and I am really excited to make this happen. I have done this with my friends several times in the past and it was so much fun! I also love that there are so many people outdoors so it’s like a big NYC gathering.
- Go to the Empire State Building: I have been to the Top of the Rock in the winter and was able to see the skyline of NYC. It was a gorgeous view, but unfortunately it was freezing and the night lighting didn’t help my photos. I’ve seen so many great photos with the skyline during sunset and it’s definitely something I want to do this spring.
- Have brunch at rooftops: One of the best things I love to do during the spring time is brunch! I love food and it’s such a great way to bring your friends together. There are tons of restaurants in the city but I like to go for the ones with rooftops because it’s a great view of the city and an amazing way to jumpstart the weekend.
