HYATT PARIS MADELEINE

I’ve had the privilege to stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine,  a five star boutique hotel, a few weeks ago when I was in Paris and wanted to share my wonderful stay. I have been to Paris twice before and this was my third time and I must say Paris gets better every time I visit! I was excited to stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine because it’s located in the heart of Paris and is close to several landmarks including Champs Elysées, the Louvre and the Opera. Location is a huge factor for me when deciding where to stay in a foreign country because I want to be able to travel easily to all the places I want to visit.

Hyatt Paris Madeleine has 85 modern rooms including 14 newly renovated Parisian suites. The balconies have views of Eiffel Tower, Saint Augustin, Madeleine’s Church and Parisian Rooftops. There are also two restaurants, La Chinoiserie and Café M and the boutique hotel also has a 24 hour fitness centre and a spa with a steam room and sauna.

I travelled with my friend Débora and we had no trouble getting to the hotel from the airport via train and metro. It was only 40 minutes away and definitely a smooth and easy route. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautiful lobby that is part of La Chinoiserie, which is a lounge area where guests can relax, unwind and dine. I was amazed by the large glass roof ceiling and the natural lighting because it made the lobby very cozy, inviting and welcoming. There is also a warm fireplace so it definitely gave me a homey vibe and I can appreciate this type of environment since we all want to feel at home away from home. This lobby and lounge area is also great to grab drinks especially if you have been touring all day and want to relax before heading back to the hotel room or have a break in between some of your daily activities.

The staff at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine were absolutely wonderful and attended to all our needs! Our room was ready once we arrived and we were stunned by the space and beautiful balcony that overlooks Paris. Even though there were some construction going on, I could still see the Eiffel Tower and that’s a sight that you simply cannot get enough of. Débora and I made sure to take advantage of the balcony and took some beautiful photos on it! I also loved the windows because they were large enough that allowed natural lighting, which was what we woke up to every morning.

On our first day, the staff brought in some fruits, honey and even Evian facial spray mist! I though it was a simple, but very kind gesture. I was extremely hungry after our flight so it was great to have the fruits as a quick snack before we left for an official first meal. I also loved that they included the Evian facial spray because not only did it come in handy to feel refreshed after our flight, but also great to set my makeup as I totally forgot to bring a setting spray.

As many of you might know, I am a huge breakfast lover, so I made sure I took advantage of their breakfast in bed option. This was probably one of my favorite services the hotel had to offer because there’s no better way to wake up to Paris than french cuisine! Every morning, the staff brought our food on time and Débora and I enjoyed our meals in peace and happiness. I am usually indecisive when it comes to food because I usually crave everything at once so it was nice to have a wide range of options. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful and catered to our needs such as requests for extra toiletries, towels, iron, etc. Most of the time, having an attentive staff is common but I could really feel the hospitality from the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. There was a positive and welcoming vibe every time I interacted with a staff member and that made my stay even better.

There was a lot to do in Paris and Débora and I didn’t really spend too much time at the hotel, but I must say  we both looked forward to returning to Hyatt Paris Madeleine every night. I must also mention that the beds are extremely comfortable and it was difficult to actually get out of them, but the breakfast in bed was definitely an incentive. For those who aren’t following me on Instagram, we also did an Instagram take over on Hyatt Paris Madeleline’s account and Débora and I had a blast showing our adventures in Paris 🙂 My trip was absolutely wonderful and Paris will always have a special place in my heart. I want to thank the Hyatt Paris Madeleine for making my stay comfortable and if you guys are ever visiting Paris, be sure to check out their hotel because I promise you will love it just as much as I did!

  • You will never believe this, but that's exactly where we stayed when we were in Paris 7 years ago!! I recognize the atrium area...it's absolutely lovely!!
The funny story?? We usually take the stairs where ever we go, so we went down to level one. But couldn't get out. That's because the French consider the ground floor---ground and not one. We ended up having to call them because we thought we were stuck....LOL

    • Haha I know exactly what you mean! I am always confused about the different floor levels, but glad you figured it out. And what a great coincidence that you also stayed at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine!

  • I love Paris and have been there 3x as well and each time it DOES get better. This Hyatt Paris Madeline sounds amazing! I think location is crucial when visiting a city like Paris and this Hyatt is in a great spot. The kind gesture of the Evian spray is so thoughtful and I love the balcony views (and omg that dress!). What a luxurious stay and so perfect to make your Paris trip even more memorable! I will definitely check this Hyatt Paris Madeline out for our next Paris getaway! xoxo, Christine
