I attended a social networking event with NYC bloggers hosted by Out of Office NY and Mamo Soho yesterday night and it was an amazing experience. I was so thrilled to meet other bloggers based in NYC and talk about our experiences, interests and backgrounds. I was able to connect with other writers who had passion in lifestyle and fashion and it was really cool to see our different styles and insights. The food and drinks at Mamo Soho was delicious and the staff/ bartender were overly welcoming and friendly. I recommend this restaurant for a girl’s night out because the ambiance and vibe was cool and vibrant with candles and dim lights.
Unfortunately, my camera died but I was able to capture some of the picture at the very beginning of the event. I look forward to going to more events like this because it’s a great way to make new friends and network at the same time. I was hesitant because I didn’t know anyone, but I told myself I would go. I am so glad I did because I love to do things outside of my comfort zone.
