PROTEIN WAFFLE

Would you believe me if I told you that you can make a protein waffle by only using 2 ingredients?! Yup, you read that right, 2 ingredients and you have yourself a banging, delicious low carb and delicious breakfast meal. I usually eat this on the weekends because it’s one of my favorite meals of all time. I know a lot of people hate cooking, but I actually enjoy the process of making this recipe because it’s become a relaxing part of my weekend routine. I also take my time and savor every bite because it’s literally that good.

Sometimes, I make this ahead of time and microwave it in my office and people are always commenting on my beautiful waffle mostly because it smells amazing in the kitchen. I am excited to share this recipe with you guys because it’s extremely easy to make and it’s very macro friendly. You don’t necessarily need a waffle maker, but it does make your life 10x easier. Before I actually bought a waffle maker, I was making these protein pancakes on my stove. The texture doesn’t turn out as fluffy as it does with the waffle maker and it is easy to burn them, but practice makes perfect and sometimes I don’t mind a little burnt piece here or there.

Check out the simple recipe below and let me know if you decide to try this at home!
