I make it a priority to always stay up to date with what’s happening in the beauty and fashion world because it’s a great idea to be in the loop especially since I’m involved in the industry. Twitter is my favorite place to get updates because I love how easy it is to get the latest news based on headlines and tweets and I always read the longer articles whenever something peaks my interest. 1. J.O.A. X Chriselle Collaboration: First of all, I am obsessed with Chriselle, so it’s no surprise that I wanted to know more about her collection with J.O.A. I noticed that her collection features many flirty, feminine pieces for the spring and summer, which makes perfect sense because it’s a reflection of her fashion style. There main features include ruffles, floral prints, and gorgeous wide-leg pants, just to name a few. My favorite piece is a trench dress, that is incredibly versatile and comes in three stunning colors. Her style is greatly based on matching sets and jumpsuits because it becomes incredibly easy to throw on without having to style an entire outfit. Unsurprisingly, It is already selling out in Nordstrom, so you better get your hands on these pieces quickly!

2. Ashley Graham’s Plus-Size Inclusive Denim Line: It is so hard to find the perfect denim jeans because we all have different body types. It’s amazing to see the fashion world expand when it comes to the concept of beauty. Ashley Graham’s collaboration is with the retailer Marina Rinaldi and the sizing will be available from 17-33. There are several different fits and washes as well, giving the collection a great variety. The material will be extremely stretchy and comfortable and I can’t wait to see what Ashley Graham will come out with next as a plus-size fashion icon. I also think she’s a beauty and a badass woman!

3. Graphic Sweatshirts: This is the latest trend in athleisure and allows people to be comfortable and stylish all at once. You can choose from a variety of colors, prints, and details to make them your own. This trend is anything but generic and allows you to stand out with a cozy statement piece. Pair with a skirt or skinny jeans and a pair of sneakers for an ultracool street-style look. I absolutely love a cozy sweatshirt, so this trend is right up my alley, and luckily a piece like this is inexpensive and can easily be thrifted or bought at cheaper retailers.

4. Rose Quartz Skincare: Social media has been abuzz with “rose quartz” skincare. Brands have come out with a variety of rose quartz products, but I am still on the fence of whether healing crystals actually work or not. Rose quartz creams enforce circulation of your skin and overall moisturization. Although there is no scientific backing that it actually works, people are going nuts over Miranda Kerr’s Kora Organics Rose Quartz Eye Oil. Although it is branded as rose quartz, there are many other ingredients in the product that work to brighten and moisturize the under eye.

5.  Eos Skincare Line: We all know Eos from their staple lip balm that either nearly everyone in America has. They are now expanding their brand into skincare into a full moisturization range called the Aqua line. It comes with a lip scrub, lip gloss, lip mask, body lotion, and moisturizer. They are making the line suitable for all skin types, and people have said that it melts straight into your skin without feeling sticky. Their lip balm has already made everyone fallen in love with Eos, so I can’t wait to check out some of these products.
