SIMPLE OATMEAL BANANA COOKIES

Ingredients

  • - 2 small ripe bananas
  • - 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • - 1 cup oats
  • - 1 cup coconut shreds
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • *optional ingredients: chocolate chip, raisins, blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ℉
  2. All all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it
  3. Scoop the dough (I used an ice cream scooper) onto a lined baking sheet (use the back of a spoon to flatten the cookies before cooking)
  4. Bake until golden (my cookies were done in 20 minutes)

These look so good !! The fact they don’t require flour is such a bonus as well as it is so hard to find in supermarkets now – definitely going to try them! x
