Summer Casual Look

I really love warm weather simply because I am able to throw any items on without really trying hard to make an impression. My style varies, but I always strive for comfort. I’m big on loose tops that allow me to breathe because let’s get a little personal here, I sweat in the heat, and I sweat a lot! This is an example of a causal summer look I put together in less than five minutes. I am wearing an oversized button down shirt and black shorts, paired up with some cute bootie sandals. This look is great for the day, but it can also go until night for a sit down dinner and drinks with the girls. But don’t forget to bring your sunglasses too! It was very difficult for me to take pictures without squinting my eyes, so sunglasses are a must whenever the sun is out. Plus, if you buy some shades that have some color, that in itself adds a little ‘oomph’ to your outfit. I bought my sunglasses in soho for $5. Why? Because I know if I were to ever invest in an expensive pair, I would eventually lose or damage them. The best thing about buying cheap sunglasses is that they work and you can buy a few to switch it up throughout the summer.
