I am not a full time blogger (as much as I’d love to be in the future), so I always try to find creative ways to dress fashionably to work. Since I work Mondays- Fridays, I sometimes have to plan my outfits based on the ideas I have for my blog posts.
This look is a perfect example because it is a work chic outfit that matches my style outside of work, but it also work appropriate. I have worn this skirt before in the winter, but I love resuing the same items to create different looks because that’s how I get my money’s worth! I think the mustard colored skirt from Necessary Boutique is the statement piece, so I wanted to dress it down with a plain white shirt. I also have my go to Zooshoo black booties and black Nine West handbag, which ties my look together. This look is still classy and I am able to go to events after work without having to change, which is the best part because I usually hate carrying an extra bag of clothes.
